Quang Ho was born in Vietnam in 1963 and emigrated to the United States at age 12. Quang had his first one-man-show in Denver, Colorado at the age of 16. Tragically his mother’s death in 1982 left Quang with the responsibility of raising five younger siblings. That same year, Quang attended the Colorado Institute of Art on a National Scholastics Art Awards Scholarship where he developed a foundation for his artistic understanding.

Working mostly in oils, Quang’s subject matter ranges from still-lifes, landscapes, interiors, and dancers, to figurative pieces.

Quang Ho’s paintings are collected internationally.  He is an important American artist and enjoys an international reputation for his work. He has completed commissions for several prominent clients — including the Coors Company, the Colorado Symphony, and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. His work has been seen in numerous invitational and solo exhibitions. Lately, his work was presented in a two-man show with Scott Christensen at the Booth Museum and he had a recent sell-out show at the 1261 Gallery in Denver, Colorado.  His painting has been featured in publications including Fine Art Connoisseur, Southwest Art, Art of the West, and Art-Talk.
